Vi selger aldri opplysningene dine, og vi deler dem bare med leverandører vi trenger for å drive (se avsnitt 6).

1. Hvem er ansvarlig

Nerland Consulting (org.nr. 936 133 231), som driver DOTDEV, er behandlingsansvarlig for personopplysningene som behandles gjennom denne nettsiden.

2. Hvilke opplysninger vi behandler, og hvorfor

Du sender en bookingforespørsel	Navn, e-post, valgt samtaletype, dato og tid. Frivillig: bedrift, telefon og meldingen din.	Avtale og gjennomføre samtalen, og eventuelt gi deg et tilbud. Grunnlag: tiltak før en mulig avtale som du har bedt om (GDPR art. 6 nr. 1 b).
Du sender oss e-post	Navn, e-postadresse og det du skriver.	Svare på henvendelsen. Grunnlag: vår berettigede interesse i å besvare henvendelser (art. 6 nr. 1 f), eller avtale (art. 6 nr. 1 b) når henvendelsen gjelder et oppdrag.
Du blir kunde	Kontakt- og faktureringsopplysninger og korrespondanse om oppdraget.	Levere oppdraget og fakturere. Grunnlag: avtale (art. 6 nr. 1 b) og rettslig plikt etter bokføringsloven (art. 6 nr. 1 c).
Du besøker nettsiden	Tekniske logger hos webhotellet: IP-adresse, tidspunkt, side og nettlesertype.	Drift og sikkerhet (for eksempel å stoppe angrep). Grunnlag: berettiget interesse (art. 6 nr. 1 f).

Vi bruker ikke opplysningene til profilering eller automatiserte avgjørelser.

3. Slik fungerer bookingskjemaet

Når du sender bookingskjemaet, åpnes e-postprogrammet ditt med forespørselen ferdig utfylt. Ingenting lagres på nettsiden, og vi får opplysningene først når du selv trykker «Send» i e-posten. Tiden du velger, er en forespørsel til vi har bekreftet den på e-post.

Hvis du laster ned kalenderfilen (.ics), lages den i nettleseren din og sendes ikke til oss.

Nettsiden driftes hos Netlify, som lagrer tekniske logger (blant annet IP-adresse) i en begrenset periode for drift og sikkerhet.

4. Hvor lenge vi lagrer opplysningene

Forespørsler og e-poster som ikke fører til oppdrag, slettes senest 12 måneder etter siste kontakt.
Er du kunde, lagrer vi korrespondanse og kontaktopplysninger så lenge kundeforholdet varer, og deretter i opptil 12 måneder.
Regnskapsmateriale (som fakturaer) lagres i 5 år etter regnskapsårets slutt, slik bokføringsloven krever.

5. Informasjonskapsler (cookies)

Nettsiden bruker ingen informasjonskapsler og ingen analyse- eller sporingsverktøy. Fontene ligger på vår egen server, så nettsiden henter ikke innhold fra andre nettsteder når du besøker den. Derfor ber vi heller ikke om samtykke til cookies.

Velger du engelsk, ligger språkvalget bare i nettadressen (?lang=en). Det lagres ikke på enheten din.

Lenker til andre nettsider, for eksempel prosjektene våre, tar deg til nettsteder med egne personvernregler.

6. Hvem vi deler opplysningene med

Vi deler bare opplysninger med leverandører vi trenger for å drive. De er våre databehandlere, behandler opplysningene bare etter våre instrukser og har databehandleravtale med oss:

E-post: Google (Google Workspace)
Webhotell og drift av nettsiden: Netlify, Inc. (USA)

Google og Netlify kan behandle opplysninger i USA. Overføringen bygger på EU-kommisjonens beslutning om EU–US Data Privacy Framework eller på EUs standardkontrakter, som gir et beskyttelsesnivå tilsvarende det i EU/EØS. Ellers deler vi ikke opplysninger med andre, med mindre loven krever det.

7. Dine rettigheter

Du har rett til å:

få vite hvilke opplysninger vi har om deg (innsyn)
få rettet feil opplysninger
få opplysningene slettet når vi ikke lenger trenger dem
be oss begrense behandlingen
protestere mot behandling som bygger på berettiget interesse
få utlevert opplysninger du har gitt oss, i et maskinlesbart format (dataportabilitet)

Mener du at vi behandler opplysningene dine i strid med regelverket, kan du klage til Datatilsynet. Vi setter pris på om du tar kontakt med oss først, så vi kan rydde opp.

8. Sikkerhet

Nettsiden bruker kryptert forbindelse (HTTPS). Bare vi har tilgang til e-posten og kundeopplysningene, og kontoene er beskyttet med tofaktorinnlogging.

9. Endringer

Vi oppdaterer denne erklæringen når vi endrer hvordan vi behandler personopplysninger. Datoen øverst viser når den sist ble endret.

In short

We do not use cookies, analytics tools or tracking.
We only collect information you send us yourself, through the booking form or by e-mail.
We only use that information to reply to you and to carry out the call or the project.
We never sell your information, and we only share it with service providers we need to run our business (see section 6).

1. Who is responsible

Nerland Consulting (org. no. 936 133 231), which operates DOTDEV, is the controller for the personal data processed through this website.

2. What information we process, and why

When	Information	Purpose and legal basis
You send a booking request	Name, e-mail, chosen type of call, date and time. Optional: company, phone number and your message.	To arrange and hold the call, and possibly to send you a quote. Basis: steps taken at your request before a possible contract (GDPR Art. 6(1)(b)).
You send us an e-mail	Name, e-mail address and what you write.	To reply to your enquiry. Basis: our legitimate interest in answering enquiries (Art. 6(1)(f)), or contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) when the enquiry concerns a project.
You become a customer	Contact and billing details, and correspondence about the project.	To deliver the project and send invoices. Basis: contract (Art. 6(1)(b)) and our legal obligation under the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act (Art. 6(1)(c)).
You visit the website	Technical logs at our hosting provider: IP address, time, page and browser type.	Operation and security (for example, stopping attacks). Basis: legitimate interest (Art. 6(1)(f)).

We do not use the information for profiling or automated decision-making.

3. How the booking form works

When you submit the booking form, your e-mail app opens with the request already filled in. Nothing is stored on the website, and we only receive your information when you press “Send” in the e-mail yourself. The time you choose is a request until we have confirmed it by e-mail.

If you download the calendar file (.ics), it is created in your browser and is not sent to us.

The website is hosted by Netlify, which keeps technical logs (including IP addresses) for a limited period for operation and security.

4. How long we keep the information

Requests and e-mails that do not lead to a project are deleted no later than 12 months after our last contact.
If you are a customer, we keep correspondence and contact details for as long as the customer relationship lasts, and then for up to 12 months.
Accounting records (such as invoices) are kept for 5 years after the end of the financial year, as required by the Norwegian Bookkeeping Act.

5. Cookies

The website uses no cookies and no analytics or tracking tools. The fonts are hosted on our own server, so the website does not load content from other sites when you visit it. That is also why we do not ask for your consent to cookies.

If you choose English, your language choice is kept only in the web address (?lang=en). It is not stored on your device.

Links to other websites, such as our projects, take you to sites with their own privacy rules.

We only share information with service providers we need to run our business. They are our data processors, only process the information on our instructions and have a data processing agreement with us:

Website hosting and operation: Netlify, Inc. (USA)

Google and Netlify may process information in the USA. The transfer is based on the European Commission’s decision on the EU–US Data Privacy Framework or on the EU Standard Contractual Clauses, which provide a level of protection equivalent to that in the EU/EEA. Apart from this, we do not share information with anyone unless the law requires us to.

7. Your rights

You have the right to:

know what information we hold about you (access)
have incorrect information corrected
have your information deleted when we no longer need it
ask us to restrict the processing
object to processing based on legitimate interest
receive the information you have given us in a machine-readable format (data portability)

Send an e-mail to kontakt@dotdev.no and we will reply within one month. It is free of charge.

If you believe we are processing your information in breach of the rules, you can complain to the Norwegian Data Protection Authority (Datatilsynet). We would appreciate it if you contacted us first, so that we can put things right.

8. Security

The website uses an encrypted connection (HTTPS). Only we have access to the e-mail and customer information, and the accounts are protected with two-factor login.

9. Changes

We update this policy when we change how we process personal data. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
